Testing the antibacterial activities and studying the effect to the bacterial colonies in cavies' oral cavity by Chinese traditional medicine absorbed through skin

To study the biologic effect of anti-infection of huanglian-detoxification decoction absorbed through skin on the cavies' back,and the effect to the bacterial colonies in cavies' oral cavity;the concentration of the medicine in cavies' serum,the antibacterial activities,and the variation of the bacterial colonies in cavies' oral cavity were measured.It could be drew the conclusion that the active components could be examined in the serum,and those components could show the antibacterial activities,at the same time which could caused the variation of the bacterial colonies in cavies' oral cavity.
