Studies on culture conditions of Salmonellae in food

Objective 5 types of Salmonellae cultures were tested and compared by results of enrichment.(Methods) Aerobic motionless-culture and anaerobic motionless-culture were carried to Salmonellae by the above cultures.Influence of pH to growth of Salmonellae was observed.Imitate samples were inspected under the best conditions.Results Minimum value of Salmonellae in samples was obtained.Conclusion Our work provided a good basis for improving inspection-rate of Salmonellae in import and export food.
