Research progress of KPC detection methods

Carbapenem is the most effective drug to treat infections caused by Enterobacteriaceae with extended-spectrum beta-lactamase and cephalosporinase.But in recent years,there are more and more carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceaes.Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase(KPC) is the main factor insulting in carbapenem resistance of the pathogen.KPC is becoming more and more common in the world.The mortality of the infection is high.So we need rapid and sensitive methods,which can improve the cure rate.
