GAO Ling-shan1,JIAO Guo-bin2(1.YiwuMaternity and Child Care Hospital,Yiwu 322000,China;2.Beijing Zhongsheng Jinyu Diagnosis Technology Limited Company,Changping 102200,China)
Objective Through testing vaginal secretions from 5863 patients with gynecologic diseases, distribution of pathogens causing gynecological diseases was analyzed.Method 5863 woman patients were randomly selected from Yiwu maternity and child care hospital during November 2010 to May 2011.The vaginal secretions of those patients were tested by using routine microscopic examination and biochemical detection.Result In the 5863 patients, the number of patients with cleanliness I~II were 2756,and the number of patients with cleanliness III~IV were 3107.Pathogen detection rate between two classes of cleanliness had a significant difference(P0.05),and pathogen infection rate of 20-50 age group was significantly higher than that in other age groups(P0.05).Conclusion Vaginal infection rate is higher in child-bearing age women, and bacterial vaginosis incidence ratio is higher than Candida albicans or trichomonas vaginitis. Therefore, reasonable and effective measures should be taken to prevent bacterial vaginosis infection during child-bearing period.
