Environment monitoring of railway EMU Food plant cleanroom at-rest

Objective To understand the current status of railway EMU food plant cleanroom at-rest,and provide scientific data to further improve health management. Methods Environment monitoring of railway EMU food plant cleanroom at-rest were tested by CENTER310 hygrometer,AREOTRAK9310 counters and other equipments. Results Test data showed that there was ISO 8. 2 cleanliness at lunch packing cleanroom: 48 961 particles( 5 μm) / m~3 and 2 143 particles( ≥10 μm) /m~3at-rest; optical particle counter; 1 CFU / plate; no pathogens were detected. ISO 8. 3 cleanliness at vegetable processing cleanroom : 59 523 particles( 5 μm) / m~3 and 5 148 particles( ≥10 μm) / m~3 at-rest; optical particle counter; 2 CFU / plate; no pathogens were detected. ISO 8. 2 cleanliness at cooking cleanroom: 49 305 particles( 5 μm) /m~3 and 2 418 particles( ≥10 μm) / m~3at-rest; optical particle counter; 1 CFU / plate; no pathogens were detected. ISO8. 2 cleanliness at rice products cleanroom : 42 269 particles( 5 μm) / m~3 and 2 059 particles( ≥10 μm) / m~3at-rest;optical particle counter; 0 CFU / plate; no pathogens were detected. Conclusion When revised "Railway EMU Food Safety Management Approach ",hygrometer and ≥10 μm particle concentration indicators should be revised.
