A connector production project occupational-disease-inductive status evaluation

Objective Determine the connector to the occupational-disease-inductive factors in the process of production and its harm,and determine the occupational-disease-prevention facilities and the effect of the occupational health management measures. Methods The methods of on-site occupational health investigation,detection test,the occupational health examination and checktable were used for this occupational-disease-inductive status evaluation. Results Quality inspection laboratory technician contact tin oxide( Sn) concentration was 0. 03 mg / m~3,copper smoke concentration was 0. 000 6-0. 03 mg / m~3,toxic substance concentration are accord with the requirement of national occupational health standards; a layer of metal parts was high speed punch metal production lines operating noise strength more than the requirements of the occupational health standards. The rest of the operating workers exposure to noise intensity met the national occupational health standards. Conclusion Occupational-disease-inductive factors are mainly copper oxide tin( Sn),smoke,noise,the harm of noise is higher as the key control points,the noise of occupational-disease-prevention measures should focus on the use of individual protective equipment and actual workers exposure to noise of time and so on.
