Evaluation of control effect of occupational hazards in a fertilizer plant

Objective To understand the occupational hazards in the process of production of a chemical company and take efficient measures to protect the health of workers. Methods According to the relevant standards and norms,field occupational health survey,occupational health testing,occupational health monitoring were applied. Results The test qualified rate of dusy work site,toxic work site,noise work site and high temperature work site were 100%,100%,95. 8% and100% respectively. Conclusion The indicators of some occupational hazard factors are high in this plant. It is necessary to improve the working environment,increase the protection degree and control the density and intensity of occupational hazard factors to prevent occupational disease.
