Current situation evaluation of occupational hazards in the liquor production project

Objective To study the current situation about occupational hazards of the liquor production,including critical control point,and provide a scientific basis for the introduction of preventive and control measures for the occupational disease. Methods The integrated approach was applied,such as field investigation,checklist method,occupational health examination data analysis and detection of occupational health hazards. Results The main occupational hazards of the enterprises were silica dust,grain dust,other dust,CO,SO2,NOx,hydrochloric acid,sodium hydroxide,methanol,noise,high temperature. From the results of the detection,toxic substance and high temperature did not exceed the occupational exposure limit( OEL),but the qualification rate of dust and noise were 70. 0% and 87. 5%. Conclusion Low qualification rate of dust and noise test exists in workplace,so the equipments and health protection measures need to be improved and strengthened.
