Analysis on status of human resources of all levels of tuberculosis prevention and control institutions in Liaoning province

Objective To understand the status of human resources of all levels of tuberculosis prevention and control institutions in Liaoning province,and provide theoretical basis for the construction of reasonable human resources of tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods The status of human resources in the disease prevention and control center of Liaoning province and the independent institutions of tuberculosis prevention and control in 2014 was investigated. Excel and SPSS16. 0 software were used to analyze the gender,age,educational background,academic degree and professional title of serving staff of tuberculosis prevention and control institutions at all levels in the province. Results In 2014,a total of1331 tuberculosis control workers in Liaoning province,the gender ratio was 1 ∶ 1. 54,and the age of the staff was mainly concentrated in the age of 30-49 years. College( 33. 5%),high school and technical secondary school education( 37. 5%),no degree( 81. 1%),junior titles accounted for most of the serving staff in province. Conclusion The personnel number is insufficient and the allocation( 41. 5%) structure is not reasonable in Liaoning province. Tuberculosis prevention and control institutions at all levels should strengthen the construction of human resources,expand the number of personnel and optimize the structure of personnel to ensure sustainable development of tuberculosis prevention and control work.
