On the determination of arsenic in fish method and comparison

Objective To increase the stability and improve the sensitivity of the method,the detection methods of arsenic in fish were detected. Methods According to the Determination of Total Arsenic and Inorganic Arsenic in Food,the national standard GB/T 5009. 11-2014,SHIMADZU AA-6800 atomic absorption spectrophotometer,AFS-8330 double channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer two instrument were compared,pretreatment method of microwave digestion technique was used in the determination of arsenic in fish respectively. Results The results of atomic fluorescence photometer arsenic parallel sample RSD was less than 2%,standard curve correlation coefficient can reach more than 0. 999. Atomic absorption parallel sample absorption spectrophotometer determination of arsenic results RSD was less than 3%,standard curve correlation coefficient can reach more than 0. 99. Conclusion Atomic fluorescence photometer relative to absorb the atomic absorption spectrophotometer in the low concentration of sample detection are more numerically accurate.
