Investigation of air quality and pollution of toxic substances at air-conditioned environment of a LED enterprise

Objective To make clear the air quality and pollution of toxic substances at air-conditioned environment of a LED enterprise and provide valuable information for prevention of occupational-diseases.Methods Based on related criteria and guidance,monitoring-points were determined,data were recorded and air samples were taken for examination chemical poisons such as acetone,isopropanol,ammonia,sulfuric acid,and air quality indexes such as PM10,CO2,etc.Results The total qualified rate of 9 toxic substances in the workshop was 92.2%,33.3% of the monitoring-points of sulfuric acid exceeded the standard. Some materials also exceeded the air quality criteria such as CO( 75.0%),HCHO( 75.0%),TVOC( 75.0%),CO2( 58.3%). The qualified rate of microclimate parameters such as temperature and humidity was 100.0%,but the qualified rate of air-flow was only 42.9%.Conclusion The air pollution control of toxic substances at air-conditioned environment of a LED enterprise is good,but the air quality is not good and the microclimate is not suitable. Therefore,the air quality of air-conditioners should be improved.
