Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination and disinfection in the barreled drinking water filling room

Objective To reduce the contamination risk of pseudomonas aeruginosa and improve the product quality,the contamination of pseudomonas aeruginosa was analyzed and the appropriate disinfection method was studied.Methods The sampling and analysis of the filling room and other processes were carried out by taking water samples and wiping. Suspension quantitative test was used to study the killing effect of hydrogen peroxide on pseudomonas aeruginosa at different concentrations and action times. The disinfection effect of the field was verified by spraying 5 g/L hydrogen peroxide solution.Results The pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in the filling room of barreled drinking water and other main processes was investigated and analyzed in 43 enterprises. The status in filling rooms was more serious. In order to control the contamination of pseudomonas aeruginosa,hydrogen peroxide be used to disinfect the filling room. The test that hydrogen peroxide killing pseudomonas aeruginosa showed that 0.4 g/L 20 s could kill 50.04% of pseudomonas aeruginosa. 5 g/L hydrogen peroxide was used to disinfect the contaminated filling room by spraying and wiping. Pseudomonas aeruginosa were not detected in 3 batches.Conclusion Hydrogen peroxide can kill pseudomonas aeruginosa strongly,and can effectively eliminate pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination.
