Studies on mental health and its influence factors of mail classification worker

The study investigated 105 female mail classification worker's mental health,behavioral type,coping stress ability,job satisfaction,psychological.job demands and job decision latitude.It is found that behavioral type,coping ability,education level and income have a remarkable effect on mental health,psychological job demands is high,but job decision latitude is low.The study estimated mental ill health using maximum likelihood logistic analysis.
