Influence of cognitive behavior intervention mode for the mental health and delivery index of pregnant women

Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavior intervention mode for the mental health and delivery index of pregnant women.Methods From July 2015 to July 2017,754 cases were collected in our department. According to patients and their families will, they were randomly divided into control group(n=398)and experimental group(n=356), cognitive behavior intervention was given to the experimental group. The mental state and delivery index of pregnant women were observed. Results Psychological indicators(anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self efficacy and knowledge level)and delivery index(birth, amount of bleeding, the first stage of labor time, the second stage of labor time and Apgar score for 1 minutes)in experimental group was better than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The cognitive behavior intervention mode can improve the psychological stress state and the delivery index for pregnant women.
