THE EFFECT OF NaCI ON PEROXIDASE OF MEMBRANE LIPID IN SOYBEAN

In this study,solution culture was conducted using Hogland nutrient solutions with different concerntration of NaCl.The results indicated that the content of MDA,the cell membrane permeability and the activity of peroxidase in leaves increased with the increase of NaCl concerntration while the relative water content decreased in leaves.The lipid peroxidation level was lower and the activity of peroxidase was higher in the salt-tolerant soybean varieties than those of the salt-sensitive varieties
