The experience of diagnoses and surgical treatment of heart occupying lesions

Objective To summarize the experience of diagnoses and surgical treatment of heart occupying lesions.Methods 177 cases were retrospectived to summerize the clinical data of the patients with heart occupying lesions from 2000.1 to 2011.6,including the 46 cases of cardiac myxomas,5 cases of heart primary malignant tumor,16 cases of cancerous bolts,60 cases of thrombus,and 50 cases of infectious vegetations.Results 65 cases had misdiagnosed medical process history,37 percent of the group.156 cases were undergone surgical operation,accounting for 88 percent and without preoperative death.3 cases failed to surgery.18 cases do not need surgery.Conclusion Furthur understanding of the heart occupying lesions can reduce misdiagnose.Most heart occupying lesions are needed surgical operation.
