Objective To analyze the clinical detective value of platelet parameters and coagulation-fibrinolysis function in the breast cancer patients on neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods A total of95 female patients with breast cancer on neoadjuvant chemotherapy at Guangdong Medical University Affiliated Central People's Hospital of Zhanjiang from January 2012 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group and 90 healthy female were slected as the control group at the same time. The general information, the related factors of the platelet parameters and coagulation-fibrinolysis function were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of platelet count( PLT),prothrombin time( PT),thrombin time( TT),fibrinogen( FIB) and activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT) were obviously higher in the observation group before chemotherapy than after chemotherapy( all P 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in other factors including platelet distribution width( PDW),plateletcrit( PCT) and mean platelet volume( MPV) in the observation group before and after chemotherapy( P 0. 05). The PLT,MPV and FIB values in the observation group were obviously higher than in control group before chemotherapy( all P 0. 05),and there was no statistically significant difference in other factors between two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion The detection of platelet parameters and coagulation-fibrinolysis function has important clinical value in the patients with breast cancer on neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which is helpful for evaluation of efficacy and medication guide. Thus,it is worthy of clinical popularization.
