Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative complications of bladder perfusion in patients with bladder tumors. Methods Between January 2015 and December2017,101 patients with bladder tumors treated at Hanzhong Railway Hospital were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into an observation group( 51 patients) and a control group( 50 patients). The observation group was given targeted nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing and the control group only received conventional nursing. Complications and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications was 11. 8% in patients undergong bladder perfusion in the observation group and 30. 0% for the control group( P 0. 05). The satisfaction was 92. 2% for the observation group and 72. 0% for( P 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with bladder tumors undergoing bladder perfusion and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
