Using the random number table method, they were divided into an observation group( 77 patients) and a control group( 72 patients). The observation group was given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing and the control group was given conventional nursing. The difference of negative emotion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Therew as no statistically significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between the two groups before nursing( P 0. 05). After nursing, the depression and anxiety scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group( all P 0. 05). The satisfaction was 98. 7% for the observation group which was significantly higher 77. 8% of the control group( P 0. 05).
