Finite Element Structural Optimization Design of Piezoelectric Milling Force-measuring Platform

The mutual matching of rigidity from three directions between elastic ring and sensor is the core of problem of structural optimization design of piezoelectric milling force-measuring platform.This paper mainly introduces the definition of rigidity of elastic ring during the course of establishing a mechanical model for a force-measuring platform,and then acquired precisely the optimization boundary conditions of the structure of the elastic ring.By using the finite element analysis method,a three dimensional material parametric model is established,and the structure optimization design of a elastic ring of the forcemeasuring platform is completed.Through a series of characteristic calibration experiments,we proved that the force-measuring platform has fully reached the dynamometer standard stipulated by CIRP-STCC.
