Development of Virtual Instruments for Creeper Gear Performance Testing

LI Man,FENG Hua-guang(Xi'an University of Science and Technology,Xi'an 710054,China)  
This paper studies the performance testing requirements of creeper gear,applies the advanced virtual instruments technology in the performance testing and analysis of creeper gear.It introduces the parameter test methods,the hardware framework based on PCI BUS and the software design method of independent modular block based on LabVIEW.The instruments have many functions such as acquisition,analysis,storage and report forms for local and remote signals.The development of virtual instruments has more significant meaning to evaluate the performance of creeper gear,and improve the automation degree of traditional instruments.
