Research on Gantry Milling Machine with Fuzzy-Neural Cell Self-Adaptive PID Control Method

Base on the SINUMERIL 8M NC gantry milling machine control system and electric cortrol tank of WALDRICH COBURG in Germany company,we propose an improve scheme with simens CNC to control AC servo move forward system.We use the stator current wide fuzzy control and fuzzy-neural cell self-adaptive PID control method.Achieve the velocity,moment synchronization function;accessories changed automaticly;do user interface,in order to chabge the accessories and disposal the fault.Achieve the improve of the electronic drive system,and can fulfill the speediness request.Simulink and experiment are done based on that,the result indicate that the intelligent control system have a good control performance.
