Method Research of Reliability Prediction of the Numerical Control Device

In order to accurately and effectively assess the reliability of current numerical control device,and have a quantitative analysis on the reliability of current high reliable numerial control device,this paper studies the numerical control device,applies the scoring method widely used in engineering to distribute the reliability of the device,and makes use of the components counting method which is a common method in a national military standard GJB/Z 299C《Electronic Equipment Reliability Handbook》.By using the method this thesis builds the medol of this device,predicts accurately its reliability and acessed quantitively its level of reliabilty.This mothed can access whether the reliability of the evaluation system is able to meet the requirements of reliability.According to the result we can identify the device weaknesses and improve its design.Experiments show that the method is practical,and can be used to distribute the required reliability and predict its inherent reliability and the result can.guide the NC device reliability test and experiment.
