Effect of Support Structure on Static and Dynamic performance of Five-axis CNC Machine

LUO Wei-ping(School of Mechenical and Electrical Engineering,Jinling Institute of Technology,Nanjing 211169,China)  
PRO/E is used to establish the 3D mode of Five-axis CNC Machine,Through ANSYS software the finite element analysis mode of the complete machine is established and the static analysis is carried out.Through the ADAMS software simulation,the process of the machine is simulated and the dynamic analysis is carried out.The static and dynamic performances are analyzed of the three different support structures.Improvement of structure of the supporting can effectively raise the working accuracy.
