The Application Study on the Fuzzy Evaluation Based QFD for Refrigeration Compressor Design

Aimed at the refrigeration compressor,in this paper fuzzy data is suggested for use to express the vagueness information in customer needs,and fuzzy evaluation method is inducted into traditional QFD model and then fuzzy QFD model is established in order to make certain index weights and their relationships,along with an refrigeration compressor example of this model to illuminate practicability.The results show that fuzzy QFD model plays a reference role to define the relationship between customer needs and technical characteristics,and this model also Provide a method for the company to other similar design.
