Trochoid-motion-based FEM Simulation for Milling of Aero-aluminum Alloy

To analyze the relative position between tool and workpiece in assemble model of finite simulation,and load the tool with parallel motion and rotation,a finite element model based trochoid motion is built.In order to lower the simulation time and error,optimize the finite element model with advanced meshing method.By considering performance parameter of the workpiece,a simulation of milling force on the Aero-aluminum Alloy 7075-T7451 was researched by using ABAQUS.The milling force finite element model was verified feasibility,and the result is reliable.
