Digital Modeling Technology For Solid Carbide End Mill Based On UG

The mathematical model of solid carbide end mill was given aiming at the demand of high degree of accuracy tools in high speed milling.A digital design system for solid carbide end mill was designed based on second development of UG and SQL Server.This system realize parameter testing,mainly geometric calculation,three-dimensional modeling,cutting interference inspection and historical design data reuse of end mill.
