Research on Dynamic Detecting System of Ball Screw Helical Line Error Based on Pci Data Acquisition Card

A project using Industrial matural equipments to establish a dynamic measure system is detailed in the chapter,against the defeceit of current self-made dynamic ballscrew measuring system long developing circle and low level anti-interference.The systemic constructure of the project is discussed in the chapter,which presents the flow chart of the system software and some VB program code for data acquisition.And practices prove the project featuring with developping convenience,robustness,high precision and stability in system performace.So the project is rather reference value to develop similar measuring system.
