Nd-Fe-B Material Power Ultrasonic Honing Experimental Study

Aiming at the high hardness,high brittleness difficult processing characteristics of Nd-Fe-B material,use power ultrasonic honing method,design Nd-Fe-B power ultrasonic honing test device and carry on Nd-Fe-B material processing experiment,find the impact of Nd-Fe-B surface roughness and material removal rate factors by the orthogonal analysis of test data,and by comparing Nd-Fe-B surface SEM photographs of ultrasonic vibration honing and ordinary honing,prove that Nd-Fe-B material power ultrasonic honing can better improve Nd-Fe-B material processing quality than ordinary honing.
