STUDY ON IMMUNE FUNCTlON IN PATIENTS WITHMYELOD YSPLASTiC SYNDROMES

Lin Maofang ;Zeng Bohung;Ye Gang;et al(First Affiliated Hospital ,Zhejiang Medical University,Hangzhou, 310003)
he immunological function abnormalities were found in 36 untreated patients with MDS. Natural killer cell(NKC) activrty was 23. 6 ± 19. 2% in patients withMDS which was significantly lower than that of normal controls (P0. 005). The cells expressing leu 11b. leu19 in patients were also niarkedly fewer than that ofcontrols (P0. 05). Patients with MDS showed in-creased sIL-2R values (382 ± 273U/ml ) as compared tocontrols (P0.05) , and lower levels TNFα than nor-nial contols (P0.05 ). The mean percentages of T_4and T_8 were 53 .1%,33.5%, respectively and T_4/T_8ratio reduced in patients . It was fornd that the abnormal immune functins presented in MDS Were different from aplastic anemia or acute leukemia .The results indicated that the immunological function abnormalites might influence the occuremce and progress of MDS.
