Study on Germination Testing Standardization of Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees Seed

The influence of different conditions on Andrographis paniculata(Burm.f.) Nees seed germination were tested in current work.The conditions included 5 temperature treatments(25.0,27.5,30.0,32.5℃ and 35.0℃),2 light treatments(0 and 500lx),and 2 germinating-bed treatments(TP and TS).According to the germination performance under different condition,the optimum seed germination conditions of Andrographis paniculata were as follows:temperature 25.0℃ to 30.0℃,germinating-beds TP,under light.The first seedling-counting time was the 2nd day after germination,the last time was the 7th day.
