Selection of Rhizotrophic Bacteria from Rhizosphere and Its Effect on Seed Germination of Black Barley

The material is black highland barley in longzi county,Tibet Shannan.Their bacteria were screened strains of dissolved phosphorus,nitrogen fixation ability.Itwasmeasureditssolublephosphorus and nitrogen fixation ability,and evaluated its role in the growth of black highland barley seed germination,In order to provide excellent strain resources for the development of highland barley microbial fertilizer.The results showed that 4strains of nitrogen fixing bacteria,4phosphate solubilizing bacteria and 4organic phosphate solubilizing bacteria were screened out by the transparent circle method.The HQ 3-3,HQ 7-4and SR 15-2were significant promoted to seed germination of highland barley,respectively.The germination rate of highland barley was increased by 36.05%,29.07%and 29.07%,respectively.SR 19-1and LQ 3-3had significant promotion effect on the growth of the seed buds of highland barley,which increased by 30.02% or 41.55%respectively compare to control.HQ 3-5and HQ 7-4strains significantly promoted the growth of the underground parts of highland barley seedlings,which increased by 89.31% or 86.30%respectively compare to control.In conclusion,Different strains have different growth-promoting effects on either the germination or growth to highland barley.While,Both the germination promotion and growth promotion were screened in the strains of nitrogen fixing bacteria HQ 7-4,organic phosphorus HQ 36-2,inorganic phosphorus bacteria SR 6-2and SR 19-1.
