Analyzing on Zhejiang Male Freestyle's BLA Level after Domestic Competitions

Objective:1Through male freestyle of blood lactic acid monitoring,analysis the energy metabolism between different project characteristics and the emphasis of the training.2Through the same male freestyle project in competition results and different years of blood lactic acid longitudinal analysis,explore the possible reason.Methods:During national championships,national competition after all the pre or final competitions.Zhejiang swimmers get the blood to test bla,using the German BIOSEN C-line EKF diagnostic lactic acid instrument.Results:1Average score:the forth year、four-year vs the first year,100m、200m、400m、1500m's score had very significant or significant higher(P0.05 or P0.01);The forth year vs the third year,1500m's score had very significant higher(P0.01);2mean blood lactic acid:100m、200m、400mvs 50 mfreestyle,blood lactic acid had very significant higher(P0.01);400mvs 100m、200mfreestyle,blood lactic acid had very significant higher(P0.01);1500mvs 50m、100m、200m、400mfreestyle,blood lactic acid had very significant lower(P0.01).Conclusion:1After the competition blood lactate level is highest at 100 m,the second at 200 m,1500mis the lowest.2In the national competiton,competitive ability reached the highest,the average score reached the best condition,and the mean blood lactic acid also reached the highest.
