Exploring the Strategy of Training the Learning Confidence of the Higher Vocational and Technical Education Students

SONG Xue-ling(the Graduate School of Vocational and Adult Education,East China Normal University, Shanghai 200062,China)  
We are convinced that confidence is the necessary mental trait of the students who want to accomplish good achievements.But most vocational school students lack it.This article analyzes the cause of the problem and puts forward the strategy of traing the confidece of the Higher Vocational and Technical Education students by reforming the curriculum,construting the cumpus culture and changing the appraising mode.
