Programmable Optical Binary Logic System Based on Liquid Crystal Light Value

Based on the dual-rail encoding concept and beam splitting and combining, a parallel optical binary logic system was proposed in this paper.All 16 logic functions can be implemented by customizing the polarization states of four polarizers. Furthermore, by adapting the structure of this system, two independent output channels can be obtained. Expermental results are alsopresented.
