Clinical Analysis on Risk Factors of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyse the correlated risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 265 cases with diabetes in our sections during the period of 1998~2001 were devided into three groups based on the quantity of the urian albumin, the normal albuminuria group, the micro albuminuria group and the macro albuminuria group. Clinical analysis was performed on them.Results The normal albuminuria group was significant difference between the micro albuminuria group and the macro albuminuria in age,course, blood pressure and serum lipids, P 0.05 or P 0.01. But there was no significant relationship between the tested number of single HbAlc and the rate of the urine albumin excretion.Conclusion The crucial risk factors of diabetic nepropathy were hypertension and the disturbance of the cholesterol metabolism which is symblized with high TG and low LDL.
