Status quo and management of doctor turnover in rural areas

Doctor is a key factor to develop health service and guarantee people's health in rural areas of China.But they are transferring in large-scale to the cities in recent years for better living condition and other reasons.Based on the study of their characteristic and the factors affecting their turnover,several suggestions of management measures,including increasing their income and improving their working environment are given to reduce their rate of turnover.
