A Study on Richard Spinello's View of Cyber Ethics from Technological Realism

With the rapid development of the Internet, the cyberspace has come into a sort of social issues and ethical conflicts. By analyzing amounts of conflicts and examples from the cyberspace in detail, Richard Spinello employs the analytic framework from Lessig, aims to highlight the core posi-tion of science and morality in construction of the order of the Internet, and proposes his realism of technology in network ethics from a new perspec-tive, which shapes a forceful guide for dealing with the issues of network in theory and practice, and puts forward some significant advices for a healthy and orderly cyberspace of China.
