VIBRATION DESIGN AND TEST OF MISSILE-BORNE EQUIPMENTS

The vibration design of the sensitive equipments on board of a certain multi-purpose sea defense missile was described and the result of ground vibration test was analysed. A concept of two-mass vibration reduced system model proposed in this paper is suitable to investigation into response of special missile-borne equipment to vibration. On basis of theoretically analysing the vibration transfer curve of single-degree-of-freedom vibration reduced system, several vibration design methods suitable for winged-missile-borne equipment have been outlined with particular attention given to the high damping function principle and the actual effect of application to this type missile.
