Reachable Domain Optimization for Intercontinental Boost-Glide Missile

The shape of reachable domain for intercontinental boost-glide missile was analyzed.And the solution methods were proposed.The dynamics,the propulsion,the aerodynamics,and the aerothermodynamics models were described.The optimization of reachable domain was converted into four kinds of trajectories optimization.With many given constraints,the trajectories optimization models were established,i.e.multi-constraints multi-phase trajectory optimization model.By direct shooting method,the associated optimization problem was converted into a nonlinear programming problem,which was solved through a sequential quadratic programming solver.The numerical results show that the optimal reachable domain may be a dissymmetric sector,and the area is 44300000 square kilometers.
