Availability Variation Analysis and Optimization Methods of A New Type Missile Weapon System

Instantaneous availability variation and optimal control problems of missile weapon system during the development and initial stage are presented. Instantaneous availability concept and quantitative indicators are defined,and the assessment model about missile weapon system is established on the basis of layered composite ideas. Finally,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of optimization,which referred to minimum availability amplitude and the optimal preventative maintenance plan,and its effectiveness is verified through example.
