Research on the Method of Aerodynamic Heat Utilization for Hypersonic Vehicle

On the basis of reviewing the published papers about thermoelectric conversion technology,the issue of utilizing the aerodynamic heat for hypersonic vehicle is explored. In the survey of the present direct thermoelectric conversion technologies and thermal cycling thermoelectric conversion technologies,an aerodynamic heat utilization method which combined thermoelectric power generation( TPG) with organic Rankine cycle( ORC) is proposed. Thermodynamic analysis results show that the system efficiency of the combined conversion method is 19. 8%.
