Review on Decoupling Control Methods for Spinning Missiles

The research achievements in the field of decoupling control for spinning missiles is reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of each decoupling method are concluded. The static decoupling method represented by command compensation decoupling is still commonly used in the decoupling control for spinning missiles. The dynamic decoupling control methods that are developed on the basis of the modern control are better than static decoupling control method in the scope of application and decoupling ability,but their realization are more complicated. The dynamic decoupling control methods combined two or more modern control theories perform better in dealing with the time-varying characteristics and the inherent uncertainties during the flight of spinning missiles,these methods are also the active direction in the future.
