Design of High Power Factor Low Power Single-phase Sinusoidal Variable Frequency Power Supply

Single-phase sinusoidal variable frequency power supply usually adopts single-phase AC power supply through rectifier circuit and bridge inverter. The rectifier circuit will produce severely distorted non-sinusoidal currents, harmonic currents are harmful to the power grid, and the power factor at the input is reduced. UCC28019-based power factor correction circuit, PIC MCU controller, dead-time circuit, H-bridge drive, etc., to achieve single-phase sinusoidal variable frequency power supply output with 1 Hz stepping and frequency range of 1-50 Hz. Current harmonics can be eliminated and improved Power factor and its effect was good.
