The New Process Exploration of the External Protection Material on Aluminum Plastic Boxing Linkage Production Line

In this paper, the innovation design of the actual project on aluminum plastic boxing linkage production line is mainly done. First of all, the present situation of the current drug packaging machinery protection is discussed, and the causes of the current situation and existing difficulties are analyzed, and the design is started from the current protection using 304 stainless steel material, and the new process of the same material is referenced from the other mature fields, and the new process is introduced into the external protection of the pharmaceutical packaging machinery. Secondly, the process of four aspects is discussed from 304 stainless steel plate processing technology, 304 stainless steel sandblasting technology,anti-fingerprint technology of 304 stainless steel sandblasting plate and bonding. Thirdly, the processing technology of acrylic material is discussed, and the quality of exterior protection is achieved through silk-screen printing. In the end, the innovation is sought from the structural design. Because a screw is not exposed on the exterior surface of the overall protection, the appearance level of this aluminum plastic boxing linkage production line can be improved.
