DENG Song-qing;LIU Bin;WANG Zi-lian;Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,The First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University;
【Objective】 To study maternal serum lipids characteristic during second-trimester in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and normotensive pregnant women. 【Methods】 A total of 1762 pregnant women who underwent obstetric examination in Sun Yat-sen University First Affiliated Hospital between January 2013 to November 2013 were analyzed retrospectively, including hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(n = 77) and normotensive pregnant control(n=1685).Triglycerides(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), total cholesterol(TC), apolipoprotein A1(apo A1), apolipoprotein B(apo B), apolipoprotein E(apo E), lipoprotein a(Lp(a)) were measured in gestational age of 24-28 weeks. 【Results】 Women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy had significant higher body mass index(BMI) when serum lipids test taken(25.38 ± 3.17 vs 23.76 ± 2.74,P 0.001). Women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy exhibit higher serum TG levels compared with normotensive pregnant women(2.48 ± 1.11 mmol / L vs 2.12 ±0.77 mmol / L,P = 0.007).Whereas LDL-C(3.08 ± 0.88 mmol / L vs 3.32 ± 0.84 mmol / L, P=0.018) and HDL-C(1.73 ± 0.38 mmol /L vs 1.85 ± 0.34 mmol / L, P = 0.004) were lower. TC, apo A1, apo B, apo E, Lp(a) did not differ significantly in the two groups.Logistic regression revealed that BMI(OR =1.172,95%CI 1.082 to 1.271,P 0.001)and TG(OR = 1.395,95%CI 1.083 to 1.796,P= 0.010) were risk factor for hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy. ROC curve demonstrated 0.706 AUC on the joint predictive factor of TG, LDL-C, BMI and gestational age. 【Conclusion】 Obesity and hypertrigliceridemia during second-trimester pregnancy were risk factor for hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy, and the combined data have prediction value for hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.
