Preparation and Application of Mequindox Molecularly Imprinted Polymer

The molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by using mequindox as the template molecule,α-methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) as the cross-linking.The imprinted polymer was a selective solid-phase extraction(SPE)sorbent.At the same time,the adsorbability of SPE was evaluated by different elutriant.The results showed that when the SPE cartridge was washed with 10% acetonitrile and eluted with 100% acetonitrile,the problem of "sample leakage" can be solved,which can provide a basic study for the following work.
