To study the effects of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM on liver and renal functions in pigs,we chose Chinese experimental miniature pigs, which are anesthetized with XFM as the experimental models. This study reported the use of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM to arouse miniature pigs and detect the changes of GOT,GPT,ALP,BUN and CREA.Results showed that differences in contents of GOT,GPT,ALP,BUN and CREA in blood serum of different time-point were not significant at P0.05.And all the parameters fluctuated in the physiology range. It indicates that the clinical doses of the specifically antagonistic agent of XFM,has no significant effects on liver and kidney functions in miniature pigs.
