Thoughts on Measures for Developing Commodities for Tourism Industry

CHEN Shao-you(Tourism College, Chongqing Normal University,Chongqing 400047)  
The problem of developing commodities for tourism is one of the most pertinent in Chinese tourism economic theory and practice of recent years. The author suggested six solutions which include: a development plan and description of those commodities, to organize and standardize the availability of these commodities, the efficient organization of production and distribution, market building and standardization, advertising and promotion on the basis of marketing investigation and research.
