Economic Benefit Evaluation of Urban Construction Land Expansion Based on GIS and DEA——Taking Nan'an District of Chongqing City as an Example

Taking 2000,2004,2007,2010,2014 Landsat TM of the Nan' an District of Chongqing City as the data source,this paper based on using the Arc GIS to extract the urban construction land,using the quadrant analysis method and the expansion index to analyze the urban construction land in temporal propagation characteristics,establishing the DEA model and using Mat LAB to analyze the urban construction land expansion economic benefits,using the method of linear regression and DEA to predict the effective value of the economic benefit of urban construction land expansion in the Nan'an district in 2026. The results showed that in 2000- 2014 period,by quadrant analysis method to realize Nan'an District urban construction land relationship between the magnitude of the expansion area in space was southwest northeast west northwest east south north southeast direction,urban construction land area increased 1938. 29 hectares,urban construction land of 2000 and 2014 with valid values were efficient,in 2004,2007 and 2010 were invalid. It was predicted that the economic benefit of the urban construction land of the Nan'an District in 2026 were effective. The research results provided the theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of the Nan'an District of Chongqing City,the rational expansion of urban construction land and the effective development of economic benefits.
